"Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful part of us"

David Richo

Taking that first step to find a therapist can be overwhelming. As a clinical psychologist, I greatly value the privilege of walking alongside hurting people in need of hope. I utilize a person centered, solutions focused approach that values the individual and each individual's experience. I offer therapy from a faith based perspective, seeking to promote change through the healing God can provide. I enjoy working with all age groups from the very young through adulthood. No matter where you are along your journey to health, I'd love to meet you and work together towards accomplishing your goals!

Working for many years in the field, I have experience treating a wide variety of issues including: anxiety, depression, thought disorders, self-esteem issues, learning disabilities, behavior problems, ADHD, addiction, multiple personalities, mood disturbances, women's issues, athlete issues, team building, leadership development, and spiritual concerns.

Sports have always played a big role in my life. As a marathoner and triathlete I have an intimate understanding of the unique stressors athletes face. I have extensive experience in the area of sport psychology, helping athletes to overcome injury, illness, anxiety, skill building, transitioning to college, and retirement.
